- Terrible #242564

CORPORATE Doctor?!?! Not personal experience.. You are a Number. They are overly interested in your family history, Financial info, and your signature on forms that they may or may not need.( these forms where over and above the normal forms) When I showed apprehensiveness to sign their forms. I was told the office manages would need to talk to me. She called me up to the desk as said " I HEAR,YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH OUR FORM".. (She was like that mean teacher who wants to intimidate you.) She told me the Doctor would not see my son with out those Corporate forms filled out. I asked her if she was denying my son health care? She said yes. So we said Good Bye...
