I have been in this establishment since I was 8 years old and know Gary and Stevie for the same amount of time, as well as Marilyn, God rest her. Not only does Patsy's hold a ton of childhood memories, but their food has been consistently excellent throughout the years. Go if you've never been! To the idiot that thought sitting at a table while your "TAKEOUT" food was being made is ok, your ignorance is paramount....for injecting "I guess they dont like Spanish people proves your ignorance is boundless.

The waiter made me and my 5 yr old get up from a table because I ordered to go and she talked to me like if I was retarded. I guess they don't like Spanish people

Best brick oven styled pizza. If you do get pizza, get garlic and onions toppings, it's the best!

I just went there for the first time, I ordered pizza. It was the best pizza, I ever had. GREAT JOB!

Best Pizza I've ever had hands down, they haven't changed this restaurant in over 50 years. You can tell because the booths are really small (aka: they were made when people were much smaller.) The pizza is brick oven and thin crust, I'm pretty sure they make their own cheese and sauce on sight. All of the entrees are out of this world and the staff is so nice. My grandfather had been going there since he lived in Paterson in the 50s. Don't let the area discourage you.
