Great and friendly place. Grab some lunch with wife. Food great drinks very nice. Sal great guy and friendly as can be.

Patsy's is an amazing, old-school, red-sauce and white table cloth Italian restaurant. The kind where waiters push around wheeled carts to show off their desserts at the end.
I highly, highly recommend the stuffed calamari dinner. It's memorably delicious.

I just love "Pasty's"
I had the Fettuccine Carbonara, It was DELICIOUS!!! The best I ever had,my Family loved everything
that they ordered as well..We can't wait to see Sal and his beautiful family again...

We have lived in New York City our whole lives and have never been here. What's wrong with us. Patsy's is really terrific. There's great "action" but you're not crowded though it can be noisy. Food is terrific. Service is geriatric Italian with a splash of "union" but in the end, pictures of young Danny Thomas and Frank Sinatra rule and we will be back. Ask for Joseph. He seems to run the place. We've been back three times and like it a lot. Were back last night at 7:30 then there was another rush at 9pm. They are doing something right.
