The rugs are the same ones everyone has....DO NOT BUY YOUR CARPET HERE!
They never answer their phone, it takes at least 3 messages to get a call back, the call back takes days, and it's very hit or miss finding their store open.
The service is awful. The excuses for canceling installation date/time are clearly not truthful.
Again, save yourself tons of aggravation and shop elsewhere.
