We love this restaurant. We were visiting the area a few years ago & wanted Italian food and we were not disappointed in anything. The staff was very accommodating although this was a busy Sunday in the early afternoon. The food was awesome! We went out of our way to eat there again this past summer and once again we loved it. Will eat there next time we are in NY.

Great chicken parmigiana sub and good margherita pizza. Friendly service and kid friendly.

Wow, I have been looking for a very long time to find a Classic Italian Restaurant. Well now i have found it. Patricia's Of Tremont is a wonderful place to eat. The Workers were very kind and on task. I ordered "Family Style". This is when they serve appetizers, entree's, and desert. The food was cooked very well and very delicious. When i had a bite of the Orrechiette, I felt like i was in Italy, for real.
Patricia's Of Tremont is a 5 Star restaurant, and you should definitely go the next time you go to a restaurant!

Still one of the best authentic brick oven styled pizza and traditional Italian food, friendly good service but a little noisy sometimes, it so delicious I don't mind

if I can give less at 0 star I will .. I used to love this place. I'm a sucker for good meatballs at an "Italian" place and they used to be amazing. completely flavorless tennis ball sized lumps of meat. Disgusting. I used to order a meatball parm and spag & meatballs with cheese at least 2 times a week, not anymore. Looks like I need to find another place
