What did I like about it? Nothing. I have never wrote a review about anything, but I felt I needed to. The food is not that bad, and the price is alright, but the service is the worst I have ever seen. How many people would one need to ask to get a glass of water? 5 maybe? No, because even after asking 5 different people, I never received a simple glass of water. It may not seem like a big deal, but neither is taking 30 seconds to get a glass of water for a paying customer.

I liked absolutely nothing about this place. Service is slow and wait staff could care less after your order is placed. Leave your check open so that you can hopefully take your tip back because he certainly did not deserve what I left him!!!

This was the worst burger experience I've ever had. Approximately 10 employees walking around, not preparing food...waited for almost 15 minutes. Onion rings were cold, burger was like a bland hockey puck, my drink wasn't with my meal, I had to ask for it multiple times and when someone finally attempted to get me a drink, I had to tell her 3 times what I wanted.

They took 30 minutes to get my order of two burgers and some chicken wings making it necessary to get the order to go, as I had a plane to catch (C terminal at Laguardia). Because the to go containers are narrower than the bags they provide, they are put in sideways so that all the juice/sauce from the food leaked out all over the bags and napkins. I had no choice but to take the entire order, which would have been cold anyway by the time we could have eaten it (see above), and throw it in the garbage can. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.

It is a nice idea to have the iPad order system in an airport. Unfortunately you have to tip the staff when you order. The staff was slow, inattentive, and rather terse. The food was on par with McDonald's at best. The breakfast burger was dry when cooked medium? The companion's eggs were burnt. At least the coffee was better. I wish I had looked at other options in terminal C.
