Bad service and over priced

I got a gift Certificate for there for 100, only to be told it expired after 6 months????? WHO DOES THAT?... Very disappointed...

Great mom and pop music store in Union, NJ. They have a decent selection of musical instruments and speakers but could use more variety.

Not the friendliest service and pricey. They use to play good music and sell more instruments but I guess due to the changing times or the general community being more Latin they sell more DJ equipment rather than actual instruments.

This store has to be seen (from the inside) to be believed! The shop is Hudson County's complete, one stop music store. Their prices compete well with the regional competition. As far as customer service though, they are way better than the larger retail outlets. Amazing stock of LP percussion, pro gear, and even school band accessories too. The owner Jerry, will also special order any item they don't have in stock for immediate delivery and close to wholesale prices. The guitar repairman RONALDO, is a highly respected luthier who is absolutely the best. He restored an antique 12 string guitar of mine that was in some sad shape. He regularly sets up my electric guitars and basses. You would not want anyone else servicing your guitar or bass after you've gone to RONALDO.
