I tell everyone about this store. It is great for those of us in CA to shop online and know that they take great pains to make sure that their stuff is real. When I am back in NJ I take all my girlfriends there. Love the jeans and tops. Everyone that works there has a great sense of style and knows what is in the store and can recommend complimentary clothes, shoes and accessories. There are 20 consignment stores within 20 miles of my house in CA and I prefer to shop in NJ. Cannot wait till Thanksgiving.

I have been coming to Past and Present for over 5 years and find that, not only Max, Marsha and Pam are friendly, but more importantly they are knowledgeable about fashion. Ever since coming here, I no longer need to shop anywhere else...not even a major department store. Not only can I find the latest fashions for a fraction of the original price, but I can also sell my used clothes for a profit. As I see it, it's as if I'm constantly recycling great clothes and accessories for even better ones!! I am an environmentalist, so this is definitely the way to shop for the "future". I couldn't be happier and neither can my bank account.

Just purchased a fabulous Louis Vuitton handbag from here in BRAND NEW condition!! I could not believe how many new items I saw in their store for half of the retail price!! The bag I purchased retailed for $1200 and I walked away with this BRAND NEW purse for only $550. Not to mention the collection of Hermes handbags they have, which are to die for. I recommend anyone looking for a high end designer bag to shop here first!

Recently had a great visit to Past and Present in Closter. I bought some unbelievable things at unbelievable prices. Designer clothes in the department stores are a fortune and I'm thrilled with my purchases.
