Employees are EXTREMELY RUDE !!! They have no customer service or Manners . They have attitudes like they don't want to even pick up the phone . I called to know more information on my card . And they couldn't help me . Whoever runs this place should be ashamed to have these kind of employees or teach them manners . I am not happy with the way they run there facility .

I have a good case worker but as for the rest of the organization they are horrible and they have been in the same shoes that some people that go there for help are in now... They think there better than others and there not...

Sorry To say But their employees are EXTREMELY rude and Cranky All time! They don't make you clear whenever you go there for anything and make you go Again and again! we pay tax for their salary and they behave extremely rude with us!

Waoo, we all my respect ,but I am 100% belive that people who really need help they don't pay attention to them,, I have a sister who is single mother don't have place to leave and only have a part time job because her income is not good enough to pay a babysiter to work a full time job, they should help her with some basic income to get a aparments for son, whereve income she receive is for pay a rent for one room, I hope those people who work there one day look faward and think one day can be one of them , life is short and nothing is impossible.
