I rent tables and chairs from them every year for my annual block party. They remember me every year and are always courteous and helpful. They deliver on time and pick up on time No complaints!!!

Horrible customer service and I work with customers everyday so I know what horrible looks like. The women working in the office should not be working with customers. Very unprofessional, talking about business problems while customers are around. I would never use this place or recommend this place to anyone simple because of the attitude and demeanor of the people working there.

Dirty dishes and horribly rude customer service really took the party out of party time rentals. Highly discouraged.
PS. We do not have the "lost" pitchers that they are charging us for.

My then fiance and I used party time to rent chairs, tables, etc for our wedding last July. Our order was taken by a lady named Patrice (who were not so friendly when she took our order on the first day we came to Party Time). The day of delivery everything we ordered came just fine, except for the bill -- the delivery guy said that we still owed PT some balance (which wasn't true). We called PT right away to clear the matter. It turned out that the bill was mixed up with another client's (so they claimed). A few days after, we went to PT office to return a cable that accidentally we brought home. At the same time we wanted to see Patrice to thank her and get our deposit back from her. The only thing we received from her was just a promise that she would send a check to our address because she said that she would be returning deposits from orders taken in the week we placed an order in the next week. So we waited and waited for the check... which never came (even after we came back from our honeymoon in august we never received it). So we tried to call PT. It turned out that Patrice no longer worked there. The person we got in touch with via phone said that we paid by credit card (we don't even recognize the card number). We're astonished!! We paid CASH!! Moreover, the deposit was claimed already returned to the credit card PT charged the amount due. It's a messy case you might think. That is correct. Worst yet, Patrice never gave us a receipt that shows the amount we've paid and how we paid etc. The only paper she gave us was the invoice copy that only states the amount due from what we rented.
Anybody reading this, it's not the money we wanted (we don't care about the deposit anymore), we just wanted fair and clear business. We wonder whose credit card PT charged for the amount. Is it Patrice's? Or is it another client's someone mistakenly charged? The mystery remains for now.
For future clients: BE VERY VERY CAREFUL!! Make sure you ask the person who takes your order for receipt ( a clear one that states how much you have paid and HOW you pay) and make sure you get your deposit back!!!
