These were the most rude business women I've ever seen. I asked for a sample of three pins, that's right 3! I ordered them on a Tuesday and was asked to pick them up on a Friday. When I arrived the owner who took my order was not there and the girl who was there said "oh well, I don't know what to tell you!" I then asked her if she could call the owner. The first attempt was unsuccessful then she called again with an attitude telling me that I shouldn't have an attitude because she didn't do anything to me. She was able to make contact and told me the owner was arriving in ten minutes. When the owner came she had to make the pins and almost did the wrong colors and told me not to give her a hard time! When I told her this was not the way to conduct business she stated, "well you win some and you lose some." I will never set foot inside that place again, they were so rude!!!
