I really wanted to like this store but the staff is terrible and totally unprofessional. I ordered two dozens balloons with "Hi-Float" and was told they would last at least 48 hours. Picked them up at 8:15pm and by 6:30am the next morning, half were deflated. On top of that, when I took the bad batch back to have them replaced, instead of apologizing and replacing the balloons, Sara started arguing with me and was entirely unhelpful. I had to leave with one dozen balloons on the ground and our money totally wasted. Worst service ever and this woman should be re-trained our fired.
