The staff were uninterested. Didn't know where the products were. But, got the job done

I love it

Horrible customer service. I asked someone if they were out of a particular costume, she left to check (at least that is what I assumed), after five minutes of waiting, no one returned. I decided to go with a different costume and while myself and two other customers waited in line, there were three cashiers behind the counter, and not one acknowledged us. After several minutes I asked for a manager, and then a cashier asked me "is this about waiting?", I told her yes and then she decided to open a register. Why did it take me asking for a manager before they thought of opening a register for 3 waiting customers?! Which means they could have, but chose not to. I made my complaint and the manager said it was embarrassing and he would give me his discount on my next visit. It's a nice gesture, but I don't think I will return.

Check out time is awfully long. There is just one person doing the check out.no one to help in the store.most employees are just idle and yapping instead of helping customers
