DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IF you love your parent or elderly relative- LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR HELP. They are as service are unprofessional. If the aid they send was horrible (one of the girls was good but the other one caused my father to go into the hospital, where he passed away) aid who talked down to me, told me I could not take care of my dad because I was not a mother yes and was just HORRIBLE the whole time. I sent her home after an hour. SHE TOOK FOREVER TO LEAVE.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVE. WHEN I called to complain, THEY DID NOT CARE. PLEASE, if you loved your family, use someone else.
