Possibly the best eggplant parmesan sandwich ever. Fresh seeded roll, fresh not frozen eggplant, great sauce and mozzarella with lots of fresh basil leaves. I called to ask for one to go, they told me 10-15 minutes and it was ready on time. I said to cut it in half and put it in two bags and they did. The total was $16 which was fair because it was tasted fantastic, and each half sandwich made a good meal.

Parm provides a fantastic and comfortable dining experience. Their events are also nicely hosted, and their service is fast and effective. I particularly appreciated their personal attention they gave to their customers, as well as the range of options available. Of course, the Italian dishes were well presented, their atmosphere calm and presentable, and their servers kind and respectful. I would definitely like to return, and might even recommend their vegetarian lasagna.

There aren't a lot of good food options in Brookfield Plaza. This may be the best.
Servings are usually huge, quality is ok, and price is lousy, even for this neighborhood. Service is hit or miss, leaning towards miss.
I usually get the eggplant parmesan sandwich, preferably to go. Drink selection is weak and overpriced. Popular spot for lunch meetings given the dearth of real food options in Brookfield. Dirty little secret though is that the mexican joint across the street is better all around if you're up for leaving the mall.

Oh my what a pleasant surprise - after walking into the cheesy 50s diner décor I thought it would be an awful Johnny Rockets Italian but boy was I wrong...awesome chicken parmesan!

The Black Seed Sesame Bagel with a schmear (ben's cream cheese, tomato, onion, capers) is ridiculously good. I've never had a better bagel sandwich in my life! And it only costs $4.50 for the experience. Yum. If you want to add smoked salmon ("beauty" on the menu), that'll be $13.50. The bagel and poutine are for me, their claim to fame.
