these people are so rude and inconsiderate! the other day i was at home and out of no where my power was turned off. so i called the office and asked what was going on, they claimed they were not doing work in my basement. low and behold the staff was from pvec. no one there seems to know their ass from their elbow. they do stuff without telling you. the whole time they denied doing any work, but when i asked the men who they worked for, they stated we work for parkway village. when you do work, you must let the tenants know beforehand. g-d forbid that anyone has life saving equipment running. this is just another example of incompetency that you will find at parkway village. the porticos need fixing, bricks need pointing, side walks fixing, so on and so forth. since i've been here the maintenance has increased twice. an assessment placed, helps the office, but is not tax deductible. they took that off. they refinanced the mortgage, but they save and well still pay high maintenance. they didn't pass it on to the co-op owners. they also took our star and tax rebates for themselves last year. they took out a construction loan, but won't use it because they claim it will start to accrue interest.... so why take it out if it cannot be used. and once you start using it, will you screw us poor co-op owners over agin by increasing our maintenance with an assessment that we pay and cannot write off on our taxes? free money again to parkway village, yay!
