Parkway did paint work done on my hood and fenders in 2013, and I noticed some chipping of the paint in 2015. Glenn explained that this can sometimes happen with extensive highway driving, but agreed to discuss the issue with the paint manufacturer. One week later he had approved the work and had the hood and fenders fully repainted and looking like new. I highly recommend Parkway if you want a body shop that stands behind their work!

Wonderful experience! The office staff was very courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. Mark in Travelers Concierge was very professional and really went the extra mile to help me out. I was in a rush to get my kids from camp, and they quickly got me back on the road. It was only 20 minutes from the time the tow truck dropped off my car until they had me in a courtesy car and on my way. My car needed extensive work, and they did a beautiful job. Highly recommended!

I would rate as POOR. The one girl at the front desk has a serious attitude, and will not listen to anything other than what she says. I went in for a simple estimate to see how much the repair would cost but NOOOOOO. Its like a Chinese Laundry no givie insurance information no gettie estimate, really they try to lock you into the repair. The job was only a small dent and they wanted to replace the entire hood for an estimated price of $2200.00. I went to another professional body shop and they quoted me $750 and also stated the dent was not bad enough to warrant replacing the entire hood and that your better with the factory part being repaired. Leaves me to wonder if this shop would have really replaced the hood or just repaired it telling me it was new. I wish I looked at these reviews before even going there. I would never take my car to this shop after the treatment given. Guess what the other shop did the job and it came out looking like it was absolutely brand new and no hassle and no attitude. This place is over priced and not worth the hassle.
