I called them to get an estimate on replacing our old boiler. Tom arrived when promised, thoroughly inspected the current boiler, checked the size of the radiators in each apartment, explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. They emailed us a quote in a timely manner and their quote was very reasonable. The friendly Aphrodite called is a few days later to make sure we had no further questions. My husband decided to go with another company that handled the brand of boiler that we already have, but I was impressed with my dealings with Parkset Plumbing.

tried to ask if they will be able work for a project I have on hand and the creature who picked up the phone said she didnt have no time for this kind of a conversation......!!
