Rampant bed bugs, and total unwillingness to eradicate. Bed bug issue that has persisted since December 2015 (+10 months). Their solution is to suggest the complainers move out, instead of actually effectively eradicating the building-wide bed bugs. The worst management company I have ever encountered.
