TERMINAL 4 PARKING:
THE WORST! They have around 11 to 12 lanes at the parking exit... and no joke, it can still take almost 15 minutes to get out! It is SHAMEFUL that they have NO IDEA what they are doing and there are ALWAYS lane closures due to malfunctions. SHAMEFUL! They should fire everyone and hire people who will do there job properly... from either buying new equipment or fixing them right the first time. Don't bother paying for your parking ticket ahead of time at a kiosk because you'll still have to wait on their long lines to get out and you run the risk of the paid ticket running over the time limit by the time you finally get to the lane booth.
