Horrible Patient care

My mother has been here for 4 days and so far she has complained about waiting for nurses for 2 hrs to show up after being called. Very unattentive personal here.... avoid this place at all costs..... unless you like having your loved ones laying in theirr own waste for hours on end

If you have a parent who can advocate for themselves they might have a chance. The therapists are good. The nurses are also okay but overworked. The staff doctor my mother had sat at her desk most of the time and rarely visited patients.She had the personality of a rock, ( and this was in front of me, imagine when I was not there ). The nursing assistants are mostly lazy. I saw my mother almost slip out of her wheel chair. I saw her iliostomy bag explode and cover her with feces. All neglect on the part of this place. Good rehab/nursing homes are tough to find. This is NOT one of them. Oh, and she had a bed sore that got increasingly worse.
