No parking lot next to funeral home. Parking lot located across the street at the mail funeral home but can get crowded and car may be blocked by others

I went to a very sad funeral last night. This establishment was a disgrace. Firstly it was so muggy out and there was no air conditioning, it felt like a humid 90 degrees in there, mind you there were hundreds and hundreds of people as well. For a funeral home that was just horrible. Then how dirty the lobby was. Just awful! You should be ashamed of yourselves charging what you charge and not caring about your establishment.
