For the past two months there has been an unbearable urine stench on the 2nd floor and sometimes even outside the lobby. The superintendent was made aware of this by myself and other tenants but he said that it was out of his hands. He advised us to contact the management - Barberry Rose Management. I E-mailed management three times and I am still awaiting a response as to what will be done regarding this issue. Do not get an apartment here. They do not have your best interest in mind and do not care under what conditions you have to live. Very disappointed.
