They are one of the best-run businesses I've ever seen. They have an enormous stock of items, are extremely helpful, and their sales people are tops.

When I needed a wheelchair in 2003, they came and brought me one right away. Their prices are excellent.

Worst customer service I've ever seen! I called in the morning to confirm that they had in stock the item I was looking for. The person I spoke to confirmed that they indeed have it. I called again at around 9:30 and confirmed again that they have it and that I will be able to pick it up, which the person on the phone once again confirmed. I got to the store at 10:30 (it's a long trip for me, and I was desperate) and when I went in and asked for my item the lady said that even though they have it, she can't sell it to me. I asked why and she said that the guy who is in charge of that department is in a meeting and that I should come back at 1. I asked to talk to somebody else, and that somebody else said the same thing -- come back at 1 because Jimmy is in a meeting! I couldn't believe it. I had a severe foot injury and they were so flippant about asking me to come back 2.5 hours later. I left and I will never come back. I can't believe this business is still operating with such despicable uncaring attitude toward customers.

Based on a cold call to our gastro office, we have begun using Park Surgical. Larry is helpful, and very, very nice. Prices beat our bigger suppliers every time. Check them out!

I was really impressed by this store. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and I was able to walk out with everything I needed at very good prices. If you are thinking of going to CVS or Rite Aid for your wound care, bandaids, gauze, etc, just go here instead. You'll leave happy.
