I have been a patient at Park Professional for the last 10 years. The staff is very accommodating and understanding of the needs of the patients. They are courteous and patient which is necessary when purchasing glasses.
I really appreciate Mike the most, my family & I go especially just when he is there as there is a comfort level and rapport that has been built. He is always very understanding & adjusting to help all of us. I currently live in South NJ but I drive to the Bronx, 1hr 45mins, to go for customer service and loyalty they show towards the patients. Mike always finds the best solutions to fit your needs.
