Lived in this giant co-op for few years, until I had enough. The mgmt would do it's bare minimum if issues ever come up with your apt. Unless you have an emergency, don't expect them to be responsive. Any leaks repairs are poorly done, the mgmt (supported by the board) would pass up the buck and somehow try to make it sound that you're responsible AND PAY for repairs that are their responsibility (behind the walls). I lived in 5 different co-ops in NYC, this was a total nightmare. Hope you never ever need to deal with mgmt. Good luck.
