Receptionist named bridget needs to stay home or take some anger managment courses. I was supposed to get a CT scan done with Oral contrast since I am allergic to IV dye . She had an attetude from the begining anyway but after I mentioned that I need to get oral dye , she said I have to check it . I am physician myself and I know oral dye would make the procedure longer but I thought it might take an hour . She came to me with a cup of dye solution and told me that it would take two hours since As I knew I had to drink it in intervals . I couldnt wait that long And I simply requested to be reschedueled . She got pissed and with attetude told me why I wouldnt take the " water" with you and do whatever needs to be done and return later. It is a solution to the problem but who is she to talk like that and when I mentioned that you can talk nicer, she didnt backed down . So I hope she acknowledge her mistake next time I go there if I decide to go .
