Park Ave BMW Service & Parts

This is a world class facility ! I took my 2006 BMW 330xi for a radio replacement that was covered under an extended warranty. When you pull into their covered Bay area it's incredible. They have so many advisors and are able to take care of you quickly. In that same area you can pick up a loaner car if u need one. They are more than glad to provide a loaner or even shuttle service locally.

The waiting area is awesome. They have desktop computers for use if you need to get work done. If you bring your laptop, they have outlets and WiFi for you to use while your getting your oil changed. They offer coffee (Starbucks brand!), water , and pastries.

The friendly service and state-of-the-art facility has made me not only a BMW owner for life, but also a Park Avenue customer for life!

Absolute thieves. I got a photo ticket while driving their loaner car and it was worth $50. They charged me EXTRA $50 for NOTHING and called it Administrative fee. What thieves... Disputing with my AMEX. And guess what? Will never come back for service again. You lost my business because you wanted to rob me for $50. Piece of craps.

Overall, this is a better BMW service department compared to Paul Miller or Bloomfield for BMW owners in North Jersey. However, if you need to pay anything out of pocket, before you sign anything, please make sure to shop around. I have serviced my X5 with Park Ave since 2012 and expected that the service rep that i always go to will honor that loyalty. But i found out the hard way that the expectation on his part was that "you should have shopped around before you came here". Nothing wrong with that technically, but is that how a premium customer service expectation should be? Anyways, lesson learned on customer loyalty.

Edit: I was eventually offered a free detailing service after complaining about the experience.

Take your money and make things worse, and try to take more money from you!
True story! My lower right beam was on and off for quite a while, I found this place on Google and scheduled my first appointment here, they told me they need to change for a new bulb to fix the issue, and it costs me 200+ dollars for the bulb and 200+ for the labor fee, not to mention it took them more than a week to finish changing that bulb. However, on my way back home, that light bulb went off again, and never turned on! I generally paid 400+ dollars for nothing but making things worse! When I called them on Wednesday (the second day) for the issue, they scheduled me the next Saturday. I am an junior architect and usually have to work on weekends, when I finally got time to visit their shop again, they do not apologies whatsoever for their mistake and told me it would costs another 800+ dollars to really fix the problem. I totally got pissed off! I don`t trust them no more and refused their service. I told them to put my car together and I`m not coming back again. You though that`s the end of the story? When I got my car back, I find the whole right side of my front light glass was covered with some wired vapor and I could even see water drops in side, I thought maybe they are just not professional enough to keep the vapors out while they are working. But its been two days, and it has been sunny for a while, that right front light glass still have vapors in there! And on the second day of my second visit, my left front light bulb is not working properly as well! I DO NOT BELIVE THAT IS COINCIDENT!! They are locking vapors inside my right front light glass and also messed up my control unit with my left front light!
I have no idea where to get help, every time they would making things worse until you give them all the money you got!

this is not my 1st time in that bmw first is close to my house like 2 min away customer service is really good like always my car is a 2005 and they treat it like it was a 2015 witch i like that from the towing witch the guy who did it was really good friendly it was a cold day so he told me to go in the towing truck passanger side so i can b confortable he explain to me what was going to happen with the car he was really good and careful with the car when i got to the dealer they explain to me what was going to happen again and they offer me a car at no cost they call me the next day told me what it was the car was fix and the problem was still there because it was no only that part but a fuse too so they took the car from my house for a second time they were so good to me no charge for the second time i love this park ave bmw every one from day one is friendly and like i say is not my 1st time dealing with them i use to have a 2004 bmw witch i always go to them for oil change and tires and werever i need for my car they deserve no only 5 stars but more than 20thousand stars for they great job and there exelent customer service the facility is super clean confortable and they have cofee and snacks i apreciate there services i will recoment this facilty to friends and family and i will go there until i get a new bmw from them
