Park Ave Acura Sales

Dan Shapiro was a great salesman. I did not feel pressured and did not get oversold. I bought an MDX a few months ago and was back to lease a second car. Park Ave Acura is a high quality dealership and I will continue to be a customer. I highly recommend them.

Experience was good at Park Ave when I purchase my car until I notice something with the car within hours of purchase called Curtis who was great at first all of a sudden everything was difficult to do once I sign the papers. was highly upset

We were always met with a smile and we were given the space and knowledge to make an informed decision. This was probably my 2nd easiest process that I've ever had. With this vehicle I dealt with Park Ave and 1 other dealer. Both started through online inquiries by me and the negotiating was done primarily via email/phone which was great. Both dealers had pretty identical offers but the other dealer offered to beat out Park Ave and so I went down to the dealership. Upon entering I met with the person I dealt with all along through email/phone but was quickly handed off to another sales rep. Negotiating started all over again pretty much. A manager got involved and in the end they were asking for $2200 more down then Park Ave to get me at the same monthly price. Needless to say I walked out and headed over to Park Ave. On my way the original sales woman called to apologize and said there was a mistake and for me to come back and they would honor what she said. They lost a deal because I had to go through too many people to get to what I wanted when Curt was able to finalize it all without involving anybody else. Maybe he did involve other people but I never had to deal with them personally and thats the difference between the 2 dealerships. Times have changed and being able to negotiate through email/phone at my pace without the pressures of the salesman and the other 3 managers that want to chime in, is the best way to do it in my opinion. I inquired about a vehicle via e-mail. A sales person named Alfredo responded. He returned my e-mails quickly hence, no time was wasted on gathering info on the vehicle I wanted. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. No pressure was put on me at anytime. I would suggest this dealer if you are looking to purchase a car without much hassle. Also, I highly recommend Alfredo to future prospects.
