I was interested in installing an engineered floor over my existing hardwood and ceramic floors. I needed 1,400 sq. ft. and Michael's price was significantly less than the next lowest price. As a result, I saved thousands of dollars. Paramount does not have a large showroom with hundreds of floors on display, but Michael can get any flooring product. He always answers the phone himself and was responsive to any questions I had. I was somewhat concerned that Paramount was not an "authorized" dealer for the particular company I had chosen, but that concern was unfounded. The product came in correctly and was delivered as promised. I would buy again from Paramount and highly recommend them.

I've shopped around in Flushing College point and many other places and this is the best place to go to for my flooring needs. They got the best price and value, particularly if you are in the market for laminate floor. Their 12mm laminate are superior in quality, comes in wide range of color and texture, and the price is unbelievable. I've done my homework and I highly recommend you to check this place out.

I wondered into Paramount Floor, having shopped around for both finished and unfinished hardwood floors in several locations in Brooklyn and Queens, where the service had been uninspiring and I could not find what I was looking for. What a pleasant surprise! I wish I'd gone there earlier and will go back next time I need flooring, for three reasons: 1.The service was excellent. The owner, Michael Zhang gives his personal attention, and he is extremely generous with information (even with regard to things that weren't going to make any difference to the sale) and very knowledgeable. He explained the pros and cons of the different woods and finishes. 2. The prices were competitive and I got a good deal. 3. The order, which was complex, was delivered on time and without any errors and problems. Michael oversaw the process and communicated with me along the way. Highly recommended.

Really good quality flooring products for less money than big stores. Michael was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the product, and he did not have any problems accepting a return on unused material. Great service, great product, awesome return policy. I will be more than happy to do business with them again in the future.
