Tal from Paragon Security came to replace a cylinder for our apartment. To be honest it was more expensive than I thought - but Tal was very patient and clear explaining the various pros and cons with the different models of cylinders. In the end I went with my gut and the information from Tal and we went for the MT5+ configuration.
Our deadbolt turned out to be too old to handle the new cylinder and Tal was quick to asses and replace the issue.
Overall the experience was positive and glad I called Paragon.

The lock on our outside display window was busted and it took us a while to find a reliable locksmith to fix it. On a recommendation from our super, we contacted Paragon, which is just up the street. Their technician, Tal, came by in less than an hour and fixed it with no problem in about 30 minutes. He gave us a quote ahead of time and was quick and polite. What more can I say? Thanks!

I was rushing out of my apartment the other day when I realized I had locked myself out....ugh so annoying. Per the recommendation of a family friend, I called Paragon. The technician, Tal, was so helpful and took care of getting me back into my apartment ASAP! I would highly recommend him and this company to everyone! PS: he was cute too ;)
