Paragon Honda

The welcoming atmosphere and the excellent customer service received from Moe and Md in sales, and Jason in service. Loved the fact that they serve the customers lunch and dessert. This is my 4th car, 2 were from dealerships and I've never had this type of experience. I would recommend that when someone is buying a car new or used that the 2 keys you're supposed to get are available and make sure all the recalls are done before the buyer picks up the car. I had to bring car back twice after buying the car 2 days before to get the second key made that should've been done before the purchase. And now, it has to go back again to fix a recall for the vibration. As a customer having to bring a new purchase back days later and more than once is very frustrating.

Simple, pleasant and it was just an overall great experience. They made me feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Paragon Honda to people. Siva was very awesome and cool. I purchased a Honda CRV today and i must say, the attention and service was top notch and excellent. My sales representative Luis did a great job. At the end, Jocelyn was in charge of detailing and teaching me about all of the features that came with the car.
