Paragon Department Store

Bought at $30 window fan there. It worked for a few days, so I tossed the original box. Then it broke. Warranty said return it to store within 30 days. Did that. Paragon refused even a store credit or exchange because I did not have the box. They said their policy is return within 7 days. I showed them the fan warranty. The manager said too bad. I asked to speak to the owner. She refused because she said he pays her to enforce that policy! They are jerks and crooks there. Yes, and rude as hell. The two checkers were grinning while this exchange was going on. I am reporting them to the BBB.

Sold me a faulty combination lock, have a bogus policy on returns and the women at the front are rude and disinterested in helping the customer. Needs to improve
