Purchased an expensive garment. Immediately realized that there was a stain on the garment before leaving the store. However, when I showed the owner the stains and asked for a refund, she explained that she did not know how to use the machine and could not give us a refund. She offered to take my address and send me the money in the mail. I did not feel confident that this would ever happen so I took the garment home to see if I could remove the stains and salvage the purchase.
The stains did not come out so I decided to go back to the store and attempt to get my money back. Upon arriving at the store, the owner decided that she was no longer willing to provide a refund, and that she would only provide an exchange for something else in the store. She admitted that she originally offered a refund but that now she was only willing to provide an exchange.
I recommend checking every item very closely before purchasing, and keep in mind that even if the item is defective, the owner is not willing to provide a refund.
