Some friends of mine rented out some DJ equipment from this place in order to put on a show, which I actually thought was really cool. They had to charge a small cover for the space & equipment rental, but that was no big deal. The room they were in was in the back & it was cozy, not spacious, and definitely needed to be cleaned. Just picture a dive bar in which gallons of beer have been spilled and left to dry on their own and you'll have a perfect idea of the scent in this place. The prices at the bar were good, but the Corona I was given was definitely skunked. I still do think it's really cool that you can rent out the space & equipment for performances, though.

Think industrial park turned into a music venue. A bar haphazardly placed and a roof with a hole in it. three stages that consist of dusty, broken outlets. This is the trashiest of trash pits and to call it 'music and art inc' means music and art have been incorporated into an ancient machine shop torn apart by war. But whose war? Avoid at all costs.
