Papa John's Pizza

PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS!

im new to Long Island.. when i tell you that this service was so bad.. First off, i have no idea how the Department of Health rules work here, so i asked in a nice way for their grade because it wasnt on display and they just shrugged their shoulders.. i have the manager cmplaining about her love life while the phone is ringing! and noone cares to answer it.. then more customers call and this one girl asked " whats the problem " and the customer had said its not here , and she snapped back with " well sir we knocked, its not our responsibility to stay there, now you're going to have to wait another 45 mins " and HUNG UP THE PHONE..

Mind you , i was blocks from the store, so i decided to call to have it faster when i arrived, but she put me on hold , until i got to the place!

they had Absolute no respect for anyones food and while this managers talking about her life story my pizza is sitting there for a good 5 mins before they realized it was mine

.. and to top it off!
They left alllll their pizza dough out on the counter even before those 25 mins i spentnwaiting for One medium pizza

Horrible service. Managers don't know wtf they doing

Waiting is too long an hour on a Thursday 12pm the manager said very rudely that it has only been 35 minutes on my order that was in the oven and I will get it when it was ready what a way to lose business. Had to wait and paid 14$ for smll pizza almost 6$ tips total 20$ wow pp johns freepot not good at all..........

I ordered from this papa johns last week, and forgot to write my review and this was the worst experience I ever had in my life from ordering food. I ordered my food at 5:24 and it was delivered at 8:45. The online receipt says that your food will be deliver between 30-40 mins not 2-3 hours. They delivered my food to the wrong address so some complete stranger right now has some of my personal information, and then their delivery guy came to my house with the wrong food and then I had to wait for another 45 mins to receive my food. I wish i could put no stars instead of 1 because they don't even deserve. They spoke a foreign language when I called the store phone so I wasn't even able to understand what was happening. I advise to just order dominos because its this papa johns in freeport is not worth it please trust me.
