Best place to buy pizza it do not dirty your hand when I pick up the pizza

I received the worst customer service here by far, I placed an order online, when I arrived to get my food it was given to someone else. What! then the manger Wasim said there was nothing he could do about. he didn't offer to make another order nor did he or his staff apologize for their mistake. What kind of service is this, their slogan should be better pizza, but crapy service.

I place an order for 300 people for an event and the manager Wasim and Marianne were very wonderful. They gave me a great price and were patient with me as I placed the order and asked several questions. On the day of pick up, our order was ready before we arrived which made things move smoothly. I will definitely be returning to purchase food for my personal consumption and for an event. Great store and customer service :)

I just ordered from this location not too long ago. I signed up online for the rewards points to get free pizza. When signing up I put both my home phone and cell phone because it's required. I didn't get my order so I called to make sure they called the right number to deliver to my dorm. I told the man on the phone that the site asks for both numbers so I wasn't sure which they were calling. He was extremely rude to me on the phone and when my food finally came the delivery guy was rude and complaining about calling the wrong number. Had I known they would ONLY call ONE number then I would have called earlier. If anything their service was slow in the first place. There should be more specific instructions on the website if they want any success with it. Plus they really need to learn customer service. I don't pay to have people be rude to me. So therefore I will not be ordering this this location again.

Great customer service. I walked after having an uncomfortable experience at dunkin donuts and was very thirsty so I ordered a soda but the minimum is 5$ using a credit card, so the girl, who was very nice, recommended the chicken poppers along with my soda. Delicious! Glad I walked in!
