The man kept on hanging up the phone then when he did take my order at 12:30am he said it will be delivered in 30min they never showed i called he said 15 more min. They never came. So i called again and he said to call tomoro because the place was closed......closed can u beloeve the nerves of this vuy now my family has to go to sleep hungry. Dont ever order from this papa johns at 90-58 fort hamilton parkway Brooklyn....

They get my order wrong about as often as they get it right. When you call to complain. the guy who answers the phone has an accent so thick you can't understand a word he says. Last night he hung on me when I requested a refund for items I didn't get, which was the last straw. I'm done with this place.
The manager is aware of the problems I've had and his response was to tell me that if his employees were smart, they wouldn't be delivering pizza for a living. I feel sorry for the people who work for that jerk and understand why they don't care.

Excellent. I ordered a pizza and wings and I got it in about half an hour. The food was delicious. The delivery guy was courteous as well, which you don't see often anymore. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this place to others.
