Take forever for delivery. Customer service has an attitude like you owe them something. The food is always cold. They never refund. This place needs to be closed down! Low lives.

This location is horrible. They have terrible customer service. The workers hold unprofessional conversations while on the phone with customers. They charged my card for an order that I never received and they refused to refund my money. I asked to speak to the manager and he was not of much any help. I don't not recommend this location to anyone.

I made an order and they couldn't give it to me because I didn't have proper identification. So I asked if it would be refunded to my card that cashier said yes in 3-5 business days. So 3-5 days passed and I never received a refund so I called customer service and they said they will contact and I should receive a call in 3-5 business days that call never happened. So I finally called again and they said they couldn't refund me because I don't know the name of the girl who placed the order.

Placed an order online as I always do driver refused to deliver order. Called manager and he (Dennis) told me it was up to the driver whether they wanted to deliver an order or not. He is the only driver we have ever had a problem with (Shogbanmu). He had an attitude when he called for us to come down for it. Now I have to wait to see if my money is refunded to my card. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO A FREQUENT CUSTOMER!!!!! Manager needs to get better skills dealing with his customers and giving orders to employees!

I just called to order and was told that they are too busy to tell me the special.. When I respond in kind they hung up the phone.. WOW is all I can say.. Lousy service, I will never order from here again
