This place doesn't even deserve a star, it's the nearest papa johns around me so I deal with the deliveries showing up an hour late, the rude customer service and the lack of ingredients! I hope cooperate steps in and make changes because they suck!

I live literally 8 minutes away and its been over an hour and i still didnt get my pizza. I called tve store 20 mins ago they said the order was out for delivery! Dont ever order from this papa johns.

online ordered for PICKUP, showed up half hour later and my order was delivered...??? took another half hour to ready another pizza as they had messed it up, so in total over an hour to get one large pizza and Garlic knots. cust svc is zero and lack of customer attention on the window. more focus on in house socializing. my last order and won't recommend to others.

When i called ,i gave them my adress, which is like 5mins by car, and they said its the wrong store, but iam 11yrs. So then i passed my dad ,and THEN the order was made. How come us kids aren't taken seriosly anymore. This is just discrimination, seriously. Sorry but its true,plus the workers here dont even sound like they're At work, its if as they just woke up. Please help, with the service.
