Papa John's Pizza

I live 1.5 miles away made an order waited almost 2 hours. I called and they stated i was out of the area. Which didnt make any sense. Due to when i gave my phone # they already had my address. Its not the first time that i ordered. But it will be my last.

The service is horrible, NEW staff is needed with customer service skills.

They say that the pizza will be to you in an hour but it comes at least 30 minutes later if not longer. Other then that the pizza is okay.

Too slow took there time delivering my order

the service is so bad @ this location that its not even worth 1 star but it wouldnt let me publish it w/o picking @ least 1 star!!! i arrived @ 11:20 pm & didnt leave till midnight for some wings... upon waiting for my wings i observed the entire night crew laugh & joke all over the food being prepared. the same young lady that was on the register came from the back to do a drug transaction where the customers were waiting for their food, she also got cursed out by the dealer selling her the product out loud as if we the customers werent even standing in the waiting area..... after finishing her transaction she continuously asked me what was my order about 6-7 times as if she had already smoked the product & jus couldnt remember my order or any other customer order for that matter. jus because the location is in the hood & the hood is hired to work for PaPa Johns we the customers shouldnt have to be subjected to the hood mentality. never returning worst experience ever
