This place is ridiculous!! I order pizza at 5 o'clock, 3 hours later I called to find out about my order they said I have to wait 2 more hours. REALLY!!!! 5 hours for pizza!!!

Unbelievable that I placed order today at 240pm. At the time that I placed the order i was told it would be an hour wait. It is currently 430pm and after 2 calls , i was now told it would be a 2 hour delivery. When i asked to speak to a manager, she was the one on the line with me. MANAGEMENT not helpful at all. It begins on top. Can only blame those in charge

I love Papa Johns but this is NOT the place to order from. I will never order from this location again because I have been waiting for over two hours just for a pepperoni pie and wings. This is crazy! #NeverPlayWithPeopleWhenTheirHungry & I tried calling multiple times and was on hold for over 20 minutes but never got in contact with a worker.

Pizza took three hours. It was cold and wasn't actually my pizza. It had pepperoni. I'm a vegetarian, so I wasn't really down with taking that pup. I had been on hold for about 40 minutes when the guy arrived and I was pretty hesitant to try and deal with anyone at the actual location again, but my delivery driver assured me he'd be right back with my actual pizza. He actually did bring it back quickly. Driver was definitely the highlight of this ordering experience.

when i placed my order online it said this pap jhons after seeing the reviews this place got i was terrified to order but i was suprised to find that the person actually called me and i went to get it paid and gave the tip and im having the pizza now it tastes great i would order again
