I would think twice before dealing with this group. They are very unprofessional esp. Francesca and Lisa. The super at Gilbraltor Towers is not very helpful and not reliable. There is very poor upkeep of property and quality of tenants is declining. Wall and carpets in halls are dirty. Some neighbors are not considerate of others (e.g., fighting, leaving gas stoves on, smell of marijuana is terrible). Be careful before signing lease with them.
