Went shopping around the garment district of Manhattan to find a coat. All the retail stores were very expensive and coat quality wasnt the best. I gave up on buying a coat until I saw Panos Furs. I walked in and saw all the coats they had. The people there were very friendly and helped me find the perfect coat for me. Cant wait to get my old coat restyled. Better furrier than any other one ive seen. Got my coat done in my size the same week. They do the job right the first time, no tricks or selling you something that is poor quality. Highly reccomended !!! :D

I took to Panos a perfectly fine mink coat that I wanted to get restyled into a new coat. Ignoring the poor customer service that I received, I had to wait 2 months until my coat was finished even though they said it will be ready in 1 week. But everytime I called I kept getting a run around. When I finally received my coat it was the wrong size and had to be remade. 1 month into wearing the coat it ripped and I had to go to a different furrier to get it fixed.
