Its so sad how people take their time to actually write a bad review,and worst of all when is not true ... but in my case it is the opposite i must said that this people from the front desk and doctors are wonderful the receptionist actually helps people as much as she can she was so kind to take me after i got to the office 15 min late i just explained to her i got lost and that i was coming from far away....after being terrified of the dentis i have to say that coming to this place helps me a lot now i feel comfortable coming every 6 month to my cleaning and check up.
i do recomend coming to this office

I have been visiting Pangborn Family Dentistry for a number of years. The support staff is always nice and makes me feel comfortable. The hygienists is very pleasant. She exhibits the highest standard of professionalism and knows how to interact with her patients. My dentist takes his time with me and always does a good job. Overall great experience.

It took me 5 phone calls, each on hold for 20 minutes before I couldn't take it and hung up.... And it was JUST to get an appointment. I called in October, and the EARLIEST they could see me was in December. I never bother with reviews, but this.... this I had to take 5 minutes to warn people to RUN. There are so many people that are unemployed that deserve to work and would do a much better job than these women who just gossip (I speak Spanish too.... little did they know). Horrible people, horrible place.

DON'T GO TO THIS OFFICE. THEY ONLY CATER TO SPANISH, ARABIC, ASIAN, AND POLISH PEOPLE. ALL THE STAFF INCLUDING DENTIST ARE EXTREMELY RUDE!!! If you Google them you will see all of the same reviews of rudeness....THE RECEPTIONIST IS HORRIFIC AND THEY ALLOW HER TO CONTROL THE OFFICE.. WHATEVER SHE DOES AND SAY IS OKAY WITH MANAGEMENT!!!! When I was trying to make an appointment the receptionist kept me on hold for 30 minutes all 3 times I called. The last time I called back and I explained I only needed to make an appointment because the filling they put in my mouth fell out. I asked her for an immediate appointmet and she made me wait almost 6 weeks. When I came into the office she was so rude that I had to record it and put it on YouTube. She refused to let me see the dentist because I didn't speak spanish and could not complete the paperwork the way she wanted. I have been going to this dentist since the 1990s and all my information was there so I told her I didn't need to complete my name and address and again. She got made and said "NOW YOU ARE NOT GOING TO SEE THE DENTIST "...... I don't know how they stay in business!!
