I was really impress with the location, they even have a person in the window where you get your food to carry out, who checks all the bags before giving it to you, so i thought i wouldn't have the problem that i usually have in Bay Plaza (items missing of my order EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!).
But i was wroooooooog!!! This woman checked my bag before handing it to me, so i didn't even bother to look at it, i trusted her!! Imaging getting home and find out that your broccoli cheddar soup is missing! :@ You loose your money and you don't get to eat what you wanted!!

In this very same location, i was told at 11:00 am on a Saturday, that they only serve breakfast at that time and they didn't have any kind of broth; i thought that was like a new thing of Panera, than i asked the manager if that was truth and she told me that they only display the breakfast menu, but they have everything available. Lack of coordination of the staff and lack of commitment!!

Amazing store....very clean, super friendly staff, and "UNIQUE" layout. Opened Nov 2015. Highly recommended to visit. Will come back soon.
