The manager was very rude. Yelled at us for bringing in outside food even after we bought from them. Then continued to say how we had a 45 minute limit to eat at their tables after just sitting down. It made both of us feel uncomfortable so we decided to enjoy our meal in Bryant park.

A good Panera location. In general plenty of options, the you pick two is a great deal and if you sign up for rewards you get things such as free coffee all month

Pretty standard Panera Bread. Service was quick and friendly. Good place to stop and grab a meal or snack. They have some self service kiosk that could be faster than ordering at the counter if there is a line.

Did not enjoy the food even though I was very hungry. The chicken in my salad had a weird after-taste. From the beginning I was sceptical about purchasing my meal from here. Anyways I went ahead and did it. I made a delivery order online and included my free birthday award, which I choose a cheese pastry, and did not received it. Called Panera, and the machine stated that I was being transferred to manager. Therefore, once my call was answered I explained my situation. The guy listened ask a few questions then asked, " do you want to speak to a manger", why did you waste my time explaining? The soup was ok not to die for
