Panera Bread

ive been coming here for awhile and the service is always quick, also their coffees always fresh!

If you want Panera and can travel to another location, go to the other location. I have complained to management already about this place, but they really don't care. Food orders always wrong. Miserable staff for the most part. It is a new place, so I chalked errors up to that. But it has been open long enough. And as a final straw, this morning they sold me a day-old bagel. For full price. Just shameless. Why is the manager still in place here?

Terrible customer service. They don't care about the customer. I orders rapid order and was told I needed to go to the register and get my soufflé. Why did I bother ordering if I had to wait for it to be packaged anyway. Not a time saver. Another time I ordered a smoothie and a coffee at 7:30am. The place was empty and I was the only one in the drive thru. She took my money then after 7 mins I tapped my horn to get her attention as she and 3 other employees, including the manager were laughing and carrying on . She was very annoyed when she came to the window and told me that the smoothie was being made. I had to wait another 8 or so minutes until I got my smoothie and coffee. What is the sense of a drive thru if you sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes to get a simple order???

Ordered Sobe noodle bowl with edamame blend. Servers came by with 3 different orders that were not mine, then delivered a noodle bowl with chicken. Had to send it back. After waiting a very long time, and watching Other cusromers who came in after me being served, I had to get up and get my own order which had missing utensils that I had to ask for. Food was good

Great American cafe. Food is tasty and atmosphere is enjoyable. Prices may be a bit high for most. Very friendly staff.
