Panera Bread

Your typical Panera. Their foods are frozen from what I heard so I'm sure the flavors don't vary from one Panera to another. My favorites are their iced green tea and the tomato soup. Another great thing about Panera is the perks of having a Panera card. There are little freebies we get when we go a certain amount of times. The service at this particular location has always been good to me. I've seen some not too friendly workers at times but some amazing ones as well. Never had a terrible experience and I've been here a lot. Hopefully I won't have one anytime soon! The parking lot is a huge plus as well but obviously can get pretty crowded during peak hours.

Standard location. Nothing really to be said about it. It's weird that they call their thing souffles though. They really are a quiche.

The service is amazing I asked to try the smoothies and the girl made them for me, she was so sweet and so amazing! This place isn't close to me at all but I insist on going because every time I go they treat me with care, they get my order right, the place is always clean and has plenty of seating.

All restaurants should have; 1. Good service, 2. Good food and 3. Easy parking. The Panera Bread off the corner of Little Neck Parkway and Horace Harding has great service and yummy food. But as a person who grew up nearby and a frequent visitor to the location, it is the parking lot that will jade your experience. Between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM, something causes this parking lot to be overly crowded and difficult to navigate. If you live nearby, walk. If you must drive, make it a two person operation and send one person in to get take out while the other person waits in the car. Besides that, the food and the service are excellent, even during busy hours. Clean bathrooms and a decent atmosphere.

Found a piece of plastic about 2 inches long in my brocolli cheddar soup. I told the manager and she could careless, her response "you want a refund on your soup?", not "ai'm sorry about this or let me get you a new one", be careful what you're eating because a little kid could've easily choked on this. Disgraceful!
