I dealt with Anne Liu and she was horrible. Did not return phone calls, never followed up on anything! I had freight shipped from China and they took forever to release the freight. I called and called and when I spoke to her she said it was released. I then traveled 4 hours via truck to get my items and they said it was still a "hold" on the items. Had to get a hotel to stay overnight and still stuck here trying to reach this lady to get my items released. Horrible customer service and I would stay clear of this company in the future and advise others to do the same!
